Customer Notice:

We promise to provide the best service for our valuable customer. We sell quality products with best price and premium service.

The real color of the item may be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness. For the size, many size charts mention that it might have slightly a difference between the chart and the real item. Please be aware of those factors when you order an item.

What about the quality?

We do our best to provide you the best quality for the price you pay. Your satisfaction is our main concern and if you are not satisfied with any of our product within 14 days after purchase, we will be proudly refund you. For more info on refund, please refer to Returns & Refunds policy.

What about the sizes?

Please make sure that you have verify carefully any measurements for every item BEFORE BUYING. (check the Size Chart for each item)

Procedure in case of exchange of any item:

You have 14 days after purchase to ask for a refund or exchange.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Please note if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Please see our Shipping Information Page for time estimates. Please note that we ship from several locations worldwide so your order will be sent from the location nearest to you.

Please note that the processing time is 2-4 business days on average (this may be be 5-7 business days for high demand items so please consult the product description for further details).

In rare cases, it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If you wait longer than 35 business days, please send us an email at contact@puppycentury.com and we shall find out the whereabouts of your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions on how to follow its journey.

We also highly recommend creating a customer account with the email used to make the order. You will be able to easily follow its journey in your account dashboard.

You can also follow your package's journey on the domestic postal service website of your country (e.g USPS/AusPost/CanadaPost etc.) by entering the tracking number in the "Track Order" section on the relevant website.
